Don’t Say No, Say How

At Say How Consulting, we’re dedicated to transforming obstacles into opportunities. We understand the challenges that individuals with disabilities and their support networks face across various areas of life – whether in education, healthcare, sports, or beyond. Instead of accepting limitations, we ask the crucial question: “How can we make this work?”

Our mission is simple, but powerful: to leverage existing resources and build meaningful relationships that foster inclusion and accessibility. We believe that everyone, regardless of ability, deserves the opportunity to thrive. By partnering with individuals, families, support personnel, and professionals, we work to create solutions that enhance the lives of people with disabilities.

Joslynn Bigelow, M.Ed., BCBA

Founder of Say How Consulting LLC

Joslynn Bigelow’s journey into the world of disability advocacy began in 2007 when she first volunteered with TOPSoccer, an adaptive soccer program. That experience ignited her passion for empowering individuals with disabilities – a passion that has since shaped her career. With a Bachelor’s in Secondary Education and a Master’s in Special Education, combined with certifications in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Joslynn has developed a unique skill set that bridges education and behavioral strategies across a variety of settings.

Throughout her career, Joslynn has worked as a life skills Special Education teacher, a district-wide transition and behavior specialist, a director for implementation of adaptive sport in schools, and more. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), her expertise allows her to effectively combine ABA with educational best practices, making her a vital resource for creating inclusive environments. As a licensed educator, her ability to teach promotes lifelong engagement with best practices.

In 2023, Joslynn founded Say How Consulting LLC, with the mission of promoting access and meaningful inclusion for people of all abilities. Her consulting services focus on leveraging existing resources to provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities. With a career that bridges education, behavior analysis, and adaptive sports, Joslynn is committed to improving the quality and quantity of opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Say How Consulting embodies this commitment, working to break down barriers and open doors through the power of asking not “if” but “how.”
